The Utah Jazz is Utah's contribution to the National Basketball Association. Originally based in New Orleans, the team moved to Salt Lake City, Utah in 1979. While Salt Lake doesn't have a prominent history in jazz music, as does New Orleans, the name was retained, as were the team's original colors of purple, gold and green. The Jazz has experienced many ups and downs through the years. Still fondly remembered is the era from 1984-2003, when Karl Malone and John Stockton were its star players.
Although never championship winners, the team came close in 1997 and 1998, only to be defeated by the Chicago Bulls. In recent years the team has continued its stream of ups and downs, but fans are loyal and tickets sell well. We have Utah Jazz tickets for all upcoming games. We also have buyers if you want to sell your tickets for the Utah Jazz.
